The challenges to India's policy to maintain its independence and autonomy from great powers will be presented by Professor Sandy Day of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Iqbal Mamdani, banker, investor, and entreprenur with cross border expertise in the Middle East, Asia, and Turkey.
